Kyle Taylor

I started SpurLine Solutions in 2024 after spending 8 years working for various companies including a Big 4 consulting firm as well as large corporations in accounting and finance fields. Starting in public accounting audit, moving to management consulting, and finally ending up in FP&A fields, I realized what excited me about my career and what didn’t. Always seeking to outperform expectations and receive full marks on annual reviews, I began to feel burnout early on but kept pushing.

In 2023, my wife and I experienced the tragic loss of our first son, James, being born at 37 weeks without a heartbeat. Through our faith in Jesus Christ, we grieve not being able to raise our son, but experience immense joy knowing that he is in the arms of our savior.

Through this experience, my priorities were seemingly changed overnight. Looking down the barrel of a career moving in a direction away from the things I really enjoyed looked even less appealing now. So here we are!

My goal for this business is that I am able to use the skills I have developed over the years to work in areas that interest me and are of immense value to others.
